„We are processing maize and selling it to the community. So we as young people are doing like a service, we finish the maize for consumption. We are 18 people and working in several times during a day. With selling the maize we can earn an income for our group members. A challenge is that sometimes after preparing the maize we don’t find customers. And when the maize is not fresh nobody wants to buy it anymore. Sometimes the finances are bad for buying new maize stuff from the mean traders. It is a benefit for the community, getting finally prepared maize and even for the members of the youth group having an income."
